Sonny Lubick Steakhouse opens for lunch

Fort Collins, Colo., January 6, 2009 – The new Sonny Lubick Steakhouse in Fort Collins will begin serving lunch Monday, January 12, 2009.

Lunch will be offered 11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and will feature affordable menu options with everything from steaks to burgers, signature salads, soups and more.

Sonny Lubick Steakhouse will take reservations for private lunch parties and business meetings and offers customizable menus for private events for both lunch and dinner.

The restaurant will continue to serve dinner beginning at 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday, with the bar menu available between lunch and dinner hours.

“We hope to continue the amazing business we’ve seen since opening in October,” said Managing Partner and Executive Chef Toby Sheppard. “We’re looking forward to creating something new for lunch downtown, and becoming a place people look forward to coming regularly for both lunch and dinner.”
