Management staff selected for Sonny Lubick Steakhouse
Fort Collins, Colo., October 7, 2008 – With the opening just around the corner, Sonny Lubick Steakhouse is proud to welcome to the team its management staff, a brilliant and seasoned group of professionals who will be instrumental in the success of the local restaurant.
Executive Chef Toby Sheppard headed the effort to assemble a management staff that has not only exceptional experience in the restaurant business, but that would work well together to ensure a seamless operation.
Bruce Wallace of Fort Collins joins the team as service manager, bringing to the table 20 years of management experience. Wallace opened the Fort Collins Residence Inn as its general manager and has also served as sales and marketing director for three Fort Collins Marriott locations. In 2004, Wallace was named General Manager of the Year and his hotels have received national recognition for service standards and guest satisfaction.
Josh Stoos will serve as chef for Sonny Lubick Steakhouse. Joining the team from his former position as executive chef at Coyotes Southwestern Grill in Greeley, his experience includes extensive culinary training and experience in several high volume fine dining restaurants in Denver and northern Colorado.
Serving as bar manager, Todd Hinton has broad experience in the restaurant business, having spent more than a decade in the kitchen and serving tables for a variety of upscale venues in California and Colorado, including Nico’s Catacombs. Hinton joins the Sonny Lubick Steakhouse team from Chimney Park Restaurant and Bar in Windsor where he served as General Manager.
Sonny Lubick Steakhouse is scheduled to open in late October and will offer a new twist on tradition with its casually elegant atmosphere and eclectic menu.
