Steve Corcoran ~ Bar Manager

Steve Corcoran is our head bartender. A Chicago native, Steve-O moved to Colorado in 1980. He originally worked in this bar from 1980-1984 when it was the prior restaurant, Nico’s Catacombs. Steve –O has worked in numerous establishments in Denver and Fort Collins over the past 30 years. He is the life of our bar and has quite a following of regulars from the area. Along with Alissa Nash and Peter Forrest, our other bartenders, Steve-O sets the tone.

He enjoys talking about his motorcycle rides on the back roads of Colorado, Wyoming and South Dakota. His other joy is caring for his father who visited the bar for the first time recently.

The Cheers poster on the wall of our underground bar often brings up the expression, “where everybody knows your name”. When Steve is working, he will remember your name and your drink. If you have not met Steve yet, please come on down and introduce yourself. If you’re a Harley rider, give him a hard time about his Honda Goldwing!
